Requierments: Common Sense, Ps3 on 3.55 and a USB stick, YES THATS ALL FOR A CL !!
So Yeah I will try to explain this aswell as i can
First Download this PUP. File: You must login or register to view this content.
Once you have downloaded the PUP. File , Make a Folder in your USB called PS3, Then a Sub folder in PS3, UPDATE, Then another sub folder called UPDATE, Then Copy & paste/Drag & drop the PUP.File.
Now Stick the USB in your Ps3 And Go to Settings -> System Update, Now Click Update by Storage Media.
Now it should say 3.55- jb, Accept all the user agreements ect ect. Now the update should take 30 secsonds or less. Your Ps3 Has turned off at this point, Re-boot Normally. Now you are in jail break mode :O Yes with no JB Stick
Online with freinds and the LOT.
Now Plug your USB Back to your computer and C+P/D+D this Package file:You must login or register to view this content.
Credit to xiDivybc For this pkg. + a Modded Patch Of your Choice. (patch_mp.ff)
Once you have that on your USB Stck it back into your Ps3 and goto Install package files and install it, (Should be called: Comagans awsome file manager.)
Now Boot the package file up and there should be lots of insturctions around the screen either follow them or follow my steps :love:
Press Select, Your screen should go red.
Navagte to your patch, Thus will be easy to do if you used file zilla or whatever,
At the top left of your screen:
1. dev_hdd0, Press X
2. Game Press X
3. Look For your Patch region and press X on it, (in my Case it BLES00683.
4.USERDIR Press X
5.Now you see all your Mw2 files at the bottom there is Patch_mp.ff
6. Press D-Pad Right and the top right lot of wrighting will be highlighed Yellow.
7. dev_usb000 Press X
8. Find your patch_mp.ff Hover over it and press O then START.
Your Are Fuc king done Man
Hold PSN Button and quit game then start up your Mw2 and you have the power to host Challenge lobbies !
