I don't think v4 was ever released, if I remember only v 1,7,8, and 9 have been. Try DERREK's v8.18 and change the mode to quickscope loby, every1 gets lvl 70 on connecting. This is fixed on v19 and v20 so use his 18'th edit. Not what your asking for, but it will produce similar results. Hope I helped.
