The most you can just give someone in your lobby is infections, there is hamachi data transfer option though, not quite sure how it all works though.

No, It is not possible unless you do a hamachi data transfer, or a regular data transfer with a direct Ethernet link. If you do it this way, they will always be able to host lobbies.
