go to game data on xmb and delete mw2 game data, then run the game, let it install the patch 1.11, then change the patch with filemanager/ftp server to which ever one you want

Yeah, comgenie=same thing as ftp just with storage drive instead but I figured he already tried that way since he said he's tried a lot of different ways meaning he'd probably already try the simple and most obvious way lol

the way i swap patches is delete mw2 from game utility data, load mw2, install the update, then open comgenie's awesome file manager and download the patch i want
but when i do this i loose map pack because i deleted game utility data, how do swap patches only within comgenie's awesome file manager, i hav tryed doing it but it wont work PLEASE HELP!?!?
