Help man, i deleted patch_mp.ff from USERDIR now the Challenge lobbys wont work, ive copied the patch over again and it still wont work anymore, please help

1. Okay go to Game data utility, Find MW2 Save game and data.
2. Delete it
3.Load up MW2
4. You should be prompted to Update
5. Update
6. Patch should be back in.

Dont worry Save Game And Data utility wont delete any Save games.

everything works for except tha part with the lobby i doo ever<ything i jailbreaked ps3 and installed file manager but i cant get the lobby to work =( help me pls

I've installed the cfw but when i try to install the awesome file manager i keep getting the message "an error occurred during the install opperation 80029564" any ideas on what to do?
