yes thats what im tryin to do and yea i use bucn to convert i even tried converting the xbox one u gave me without editing and it still dont work...

i am pretty sure that when you convert it, it also converts to Bles00683, So this could be why

i dont know how to do this myself, iv had know problems but im quite sure there is a thread on how to change region..
