did u try to dump the gsc files with the ps3 to pc option, if they are all there it should work to ps3 to xbox.
if not then its a patch injected with packzip and wont work.
you only option with that patch would be to extract the gsc and paste into ffviewer. then it will definatly work.
a xbox patch is 241kb and ps3 is 228 or less. just so you know.
also if you select a xbox patch and click ps3 to xbox you will get corrupted file or error
