good news! Ok, I know exactly what to do

Delete the modern warfare 2 patch 1.11, then reinstall it.

This should delete all the things you have done on the file manager

then you just have to do it agian, good luck.

Yeah just delete the patch and start up MW2 it will redownload it automatic.
