Well my advice would be to turn force host off and then turn it back on again.

Just be patient, most of the time it take me about 2 minutes to have a lobby formed...

Obviously you don't know the answer... I've spent 20mins + trying to get into a public lobby didn't work

First off, don't be a d!ck to someone trying to help you.

Secondly, try to set a static IP address on your PS3 and set that IP address into your DMZ.

Make sure you only enable 1 "Force Host", if two options are present.

If after a few minutes the lobby doesn't form, obviously, back out and try again.

I usually leave it till it start searching for users with ping <120 then I back out.

Try using Team Death match, its the most played game and probably the most players available.
