Either the patch isn't working while the map packs are installed or in-game it doesn't give me the menu to select it. Right now I have to download the map over and over again when I'm not playing the game patched. Can anyone please shed some light? Is anyone else having this problem and if not can you explain how you patch your game?

When I do mines after it gets messed up, I deleted the MW2 update - then start the game and let it download/install the update. Then I start up the file manager and then I do the normal process of patching the game and it works from there. When the map packs are installed sometimes it doesn't work.
