Yes because i couldn't kill him and i was host because i had force host on and i had five bar's

I've noticed this once or twice also, they show up as spectators in the lobby, and there completely oblivious to the fact that they have god mode.

I think its a glitch to be honest. I just kick them from my lobby ...

I wouldn't worry about them otherwise.
