Just like the title says, I'm looking for a tool that does everything.

.The program should be able to auto detect what format the patch is in (xbox;ps3), if it is in Ps3 format than it auto converts to xbox and opens in a FF viewer.

.It should also have the non-edited patch, so people can start from scratch.

.Then when your finished and have saved it should give the option to reconvert to ps3. This should be done automatically and should require no input from the user.

.It should also change the file size. (something I always have a problem with for some reason.)

We need a converter to work lol. So kane is right and to general it has been almost a year for someone to develope one but it is possible, as i said not ATM.
