So here is a set of tools that should work on any Operating System.
Just place a patch_mp.ff in the folder where the exe's are.
The file must be named patch_mp.ff.
And remember a xbox patch_mp.ff is 241kb and a ps3 patch_mp.ff is 228kb or less.
There is separate .exe files for each process.
ps3-to-xbox.exe
xbox-to-ps3.exe
ps3-to-pc.exe
xbox-to-pc.exe
patch files will be saved in the same folder.

Same thing applies to patches injected with packzip, they may or may not work.
To find out if it will convert your ps3 to xbox, first try ps3-to-pc.exe if all the gsc files are dumped it will work.

Thanks for the post, i edited 8.20 the advertise. in ff viewer then i converted it back to ps3 format, but always black screen. idk what iam doing wrong. maybe this converter will work..:y:

Wow AVG Virus scan said iam infected by youre files. ALL VIRUSUS it said TROJAN HORSE!!! :S
