So here is a set of tools that should work on any Operating System.
Just place a patch_mp.ff in the folder where the exe's are.
The file must be named patch_mp.ff.
And remember a xbox patch_mp.ff is 241kb and a ps3 patch_mp.ff is 228kb or less.
There is separate .exe files for each process.
ps3-to-xbox.exe
xbox-to-ps3.exe
ps3-to-pc.exe
xbox-to-pc.exe
patch files will be saved in the same folder.
Enjoy

Same thing applies to patches injected with packzip, they may or may not work.
To find out if it will convert your ps3 to xbox, first try ps3-to-pc.exe if all the gsc files are dumped it will work.

Always black screens when editing DEREK's patch with all the converters.

sry guys make take a little while to fix but i will release, im starting from scratch.
hopefully will work on win xp.
