Well a "decent" patch for those gamemodes you specify would be a DaftVader Tree Patch, last time i checked, which was a couple of days ago. It has Zombies + CL + a few other things.

But you wont find a patch with all those you are stating in one, just too big. Zombies is a patch of its own because its too big really.
