Put MW2 in your PS3.
Delete any gamesave or patch (game utility) (although if you deleted blus30377, it probably won't be there anyways)
Go online.
Start MW2
Download 1.11 patch.

Just read on SB you can't even start it, so NVM.

Delete your patch from game utitly how do you not know this and you just install the patch again...
