EDIT: Fixed. I deleted the BLUS30377 file, and then reinstalled it.

perhaps try changing the Patch?

the file manager corrupts/deletes the patch
had the same problem and used ftp worked like a charm

Its the current patch. I just re-downloaded the patch.

oh so u just re downloaded the modded patch and it fixed

No, BLUS30377 is the legit patch from IW. Its in Gamedata Utility.
