You cant lower another persons levels in a lobby (Me thinks)

yeah, you can only de-prestige yourself as in the 11th Prest. file, and when you use this, no one can connect to you and you cant connect to anyone else. all you can do to derank someone is take away all unlocks, give bad dvars, and remove/screw up stats

do you have the patch since im the one who gave them 11th and theyre to stupid to change their passwords lol
