Its As Simple as Dragging 00000002.DAT into a Hax Editor and Press CTRL+A (This will Highlight Every thing )
Look at the bottom of the window, The Length Is your File Size
Now go Back into 0000b4a0.DAT CTRL+G Enter D7AA
It Should Stop at 4 Zeros, On the Right of those Zeros theres 4 More Numbers.
Exmp.
00 00 45 5D
Place your Mouse before The 45 (Or What Ever Number Yours Said.)
And Enter the Length Of 00000002.DAT !
Now Just Save And Pack your patch Back Up
