1.delete your Mw2 patch from Ps3
2.make CL again
3.dont do 11th prestige part
4.have fun

If you have removed the default.mp.self file, you cant join people and they cant join you, so you need to put the default.mp.self file back with FTP Server, then everything works fine. I dont know if you have used this method, but if so, here is download of the default.mp.self file (if you lost it):

Also if you didn't removed the default_mp.self file, then just replace it with this one. Maybe it will help.
