1. Start up your PS3.
   
2. Start up blackb0x FTP.
   
3. On your PC, connect to your PS3 via FileZilla.
   
4. Navigate to...
   

        	/dev_hdd0/game/TITLEID#/USRDIR/ 
   

   
   
5. Download our example patch for your disc's region.
   
6. Drag & drop 'patch_mp.ff' into FileZilla & overwrite the existing patch file.
   
7. Turn off your PS3 using the PS Button (hold & turn off system).
   
8. Turn your PS3 system back on, start up Co MW2.
   
9. Start a private match to see if you did it correctly.

I'm not posting this as "just another repost of the same thing everyone else has already posting", no. This is a good tutorial, and I can guarantee its probably the easiest, most organized, and simplest to follow, for anyone, at any skill level.

i have 3.56 firmware n it recognizes geohots 3.55 but when i try to update via storage device its updates to about 76 percent then says data corrupted with an error code 800f28 or something rather, any idea how to fix this?
