I defeated!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello Ngu its dm430 here with some modded disk game packages i have created. these pkgs are not like the others they are game updates they have been signed and can be installed using a proxy server for those of you who are unwilling to install cfw!! Enjoy every one i will be posting more patches soon:p

the tool is finalize_package
Here's my tutorial, you may find it intresting.. if you want also know how to make an update PKG, just ask. i'll made a tutorial for you.

Hey guys. I have been struggling all day to find a thread like this and spent hours of trying to find a way to retail repack my modded mw2 1.11 pkg. is there a way to do it?

The proof is that there's just one program that sign game and app pkg (fail0verflow tools are just for PUPs and Core_OS PKGs), and it has been relased by GeoHot.

I really don't think that this guy knew how to create a signing tool
