ERROR ON THE INTERNETZ!!!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok I've been having a lot of problems latley but I've been getting solutions Happy Now i got bored of just getting patches and using them so i decided to take the next step forward and try to edit some patches and guess what happens.... ANOTHER PROBLEM!!! :wtf: So whenever I try to open a patch_mp.ff into the .ff viewer i get some error message. It can see the heading but the error says, "Error removing .FF hash blocks: Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow." Then after I click ok it says, "Error removing .FF hash blocks: The process cannot access the file (where the file location is) but when it says the file location the last part says .ffconfig IM TRYING TO OPEN PATCH_MP.FF NOT WATEVER THAT IS!!! and after that it says, "because it is being used by another process"..... WHAT OTHER PROCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So then i click ok and it says "Bad state (unknown compression method (0x00)).. Well since I'm using a patch thats edited already its compressed and everything so i dont understand the problem.. This is my 3rd problem and looking for yet another solution if you can help please comment!!!!! Oh yeah just saying im doing this for PS3!!!

You need to convert the patch to an XBOX patch_mp.ff first. Then you can open it in the .FF veiwer.

Use a converter to covert it to XBOX, open in .FF Veiwer, edit, save, use a converter to convert it back to PS3, rename the finished patch to "patch_mp.ff" (without quotes of corse!)

I don't know why it has to be XBOX. There will be a file created somewhere named "ps3_to_xbox_patch_mp.ff" open that in .ff viewer. After you save and convert it, it will be named "XBOX_to_ps3_patch_mp.ff" rename that to "patch_mp.ff" Now load it onto your PS3!! =D

Use You must login or register to view this content. converter.
