Yeah that dont sound right. You dont have to update if you dont want to but thats no real reason to ban a persons account.

Wait are you talking about the CFW or the latest black ops patch?

Beacuse if CFW of course they can say to you that you need to change.. but feels weird that sony actually took contact to somebody.

It's fake, i had somebody few months ago when CL's were first being hosted saying i have broke rule no blah blah blah they wont send you a message saying anything through PSN
