(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have tried signing into psn since yesterday and It stays and "signing in" page but I never sign in...i am not banned or anything .
I did an internet connection test and everything succeeded before Playstation network (IP address, Internet connection) but it stays on “Playstation Network: Checking…” forever…I am on the original FW… I was on Geohotz cfw but went back thinking it would fix the problem…any help on fixing this problem?

I was having this problem the other day, but I assumed it was just my internet connection. I tried with a wired connection and then a wireless. I unplugged the Ethernet cable out of the back of my PS3 and then plugged it back in and then with my wireless connection I completely unplugged my router than plugged it back in and It was working. The only thing that I can do is the eboot.bin hack that gets you banned after 10 minutes of playing. So I would wait a while before actually hacking.

Just for the record, banning PS3s can be bypassed easily. So if you ever get banned, there are ways around it. But anyway, there are things you can do so that Sony can't see what you do. I am trying to find the tutorial I used. I will update when I find it. anyway what this does is whenever you run a Jailbroken program such Blackbox or a File Manager, it tells Sony that you are playing Call of Duty: Black Ops. You may want to guve it a try if you wan to Jailbreak but are afraid of getting banned.
