Syntax checkers tend to lie :p
Either you messed up somewhere or if your using a converter that can also cause this error.

well im using the GSC Compiler to look at the coding for any error's and so far it has been right because when i added watch tower and checked for error's it said none and there was none but i only put the _mission's.gsc in there and it only reads that GSc so it has to be in that gsc sowhere where i can't find it
