You need to open the xbox patch.

Convert it to xbox patch with bucn's converter then open up with ff viewer... if it still doesnt do it, try extracting the .gsc

done converted still get it and when i extract i getr error

A lot of old PS3 patches that were made with packzip and offzip (Before there was such thing as a PS3 to XBOX converter), cannot be converted to XBOX. The only way to do it is to decompress the PS3 patch like the old days and manually copy and paste each gsc into FFviewer. If you dont feel like doing that, then just download my XBOX version which I converted a while back:
