What patch are you trying to edit? Some patches don't let everything come up. I don't know how this can be fixed.

This happens to me sometimes, it's sometimes happens because of the converting, if you convert the patch from PS3 to XBOX a few .gsc's do not show up on FF Viewer and i don't know how to get rid of it sorry.

Try to edit the patch with the old way just with De- and Recompressing the patch. Here would be a tutorial: You must login or register to view this content.

the problem is your patch was injected with packzip, causing scrambled data. so the inner zlib's (compressed gsc) cant be decompressed correctly. your only option is to run offzip -a -1 -z -15. then open the 00000027.dat in a hex editor, then search .gsc
ÿÿÿÿ...T....ÿÿÿÿmaps/mp/mp_afghan.gsc-FF FF FF FF 00 00 01 54 00 00 02 8D FF FF FF FF 6D 61 70 73 2F 6D 70 2F 6D 70 5F 61 66 67 68 61 6E 2E 67 73 63 00 78 DA
cut out the data into a new file then try and decompress

in red is compressed size
in blue is decompressed size
in purple is the name string
in green is the zlib header
