1, A Ps3 with Lower Firmware then 3.56
2, A Ps3 On 3.56 Firmware,
3, A Computer with FTP-Server
4, 3.56 PS3 with Blackbox, or Another FTP Program
5, Ethernet Cable.
6, A Usb Device, 1gb or bigger, Not Smaller.Tutorial:

Step 1:
First off what your gonna wanna do if youhave a patch you want to put onto your 3.56 put it on your PS3 with a lower firmware then 3.56, using Blackbox or asomething else, and FTP-Server, Then your gonna wanna make sure that you only have 1 User on that PS3.

Step 2:
Once you got your Patch onto that PS3, Your Gonna Wanna Turn off Both your Playstations. Then You want to connect the ethernet cable from your 3.56 PS3, To your 3.55 or lower, once the ethernet Cable is connected Switch on both you Playstations.

Step 3:
When both your systems have Started up and you have connected your Controllers, The your gonna want to go to Settings/System Settings/Data Transfer utility and click it, On your 3.55 or lower PS3, Your gonna want to click Send Data from this ps3 to another PS3 and Keep Clicking Next to it says, Waiting and it says change to other ps3,
So then Onc you done that Go to your 3.56 ps3, and Click Recieve Data From other PS3 to this PS3, Then it might say error or couldn't connect. Thats because you havnt gone far enough oon your 3.55 or lower. Then let the transfer Begin and End Just follow the on screen Instructions.

Step 4:
Once you've Completed Your Transfer, put your password and email in and save it as Sign me in automatically, and save my password, This is easier in future. ok So Now your gonna wanna get your usb and Plug it into your 3.56 Playstation, then Go to Settings/System Setting/Back Up Data Utility, Then Select Back up, Then Select your Usb Device, it might fail the first time Just do it again, and it should work, If you get a error not enough space then you've got to many patches or something and Delete The FTP files or watevers Homebrew Apps, Once the Back up has Completed Plug the Usb Device into your computer and open it up and go threw the files and you can change the nameof the folder to watever you want.
