My ps3 was already 4.0, but it bricked after upgrading e3flasher. Ps3 starts but shuts down in 5 seconds. I have backup of bios, but I'm unable to use it because it shuts down.. I'm taking it apart and cutting the wires e3tech brick repair method tells me to. I'm not sure if it will work, but at least it should keep the ps3 powered....

I used e3 flasher, tried to upgrade it and now my ps3 has no lights until i press start button. Start button gives me red light so it should be off and when i press it again it start's it for 10seconds and shuts down. Is it bricked?
