Sorry to do this but, "Games are for fun, it's sad to see people making a living off them" people who make the makes make a living off them, Activision, banco, treyarch, urbisoft, and all of the other game developers, publishers and sponsors, they all make a living off games, should choose your words more carefully like

They make a living off making the actual games, i'm talking about people trying to make money off playing the games.
