Steps:

1)open the file you want in ff viewer (for example if your editing mw2, open mw2 in ff viewer).

2)open any gsc (can be any) and delete everything in it.

3)Then copy your file/files from your ps3 .gsc and paste it into the file on ff viewer.

4)syntax check it and fix your errors.

I know this is simple but no one has posted this before.

yes but what i am saying is its quicker ad easier and you have the oppertunity to edit files whilst syntax checking them.
