I have decided to make a FREE patch creating service for anybody who wants a patch made.

All you need to do is send me a PM on NGU on what patch you want editing and what you want in there.

I can add anything into patches

your giving the wrong impression! the title is "creating" but then you say "what you want editing". they are 2 different things.
