3300 xp flat rate but itll be more because of buzz kills headshots ext and then just add 100 for every kill (tdm)
then your match bonus will be about 4k 7300+kills+challenges

ex you get 25 kills

thats 15800 and another 3k if you get another ead


snd snd is a good leveling game 500 for a normal kill and 1k for a head shot also have those stingers ready almost everygame they will be a uav up if your not playing against downies shooting down a uav in search nets 500xp yes for a uav a harrier for instance is worth 3000 instead of the 50 and 300 respectively 1k for plants and defuses ect

I usually go 30+ kills, > 5 deaths in a normal TDM

Just go into S& when your level 19 or 31(so you can have good perks for it) and each kill is 500 xp each and a hs is 1000
