load your ps3 patch in it and convert PS3 to PC then all of the PC files will be in a folder called gscdump. Before you load the mod up you need to open up one of the gsc usually _missions.gsc and change +usereload to +reload because PC doesn't know +usereload, +usereload and +reload is square if you didnt know hope i helped
