why did you put vstr help?

number one vstr doesn't work in .cfgs if thats to be any help for you
i don't do mw2 modding but bind dpad_up give nuke_mp should be right?

im not brilliant so you can test that

vstr's are limited in mw2, killstreaks can't be forced using it.
if it did work it would be

    bind DPAD_LEFT maps\mp\killstreaks\_killstreaks::giveKillstreak ac130 false

//or

bind DPAD_LEFT giveKillstreak ac130 false

something like that.
