Mw2 patch coming out shortly will remove your current patch with the new right? but if you still have CFW and able to get online you can change it though right?

also will the new patch be able to detect, like Custom Patches? will that be bannable? Like if you have a custom patch will they ban you from mw2?

I have Comgenies File Manager, and I just update and then go back to File Manager and change my patch? or will it block people from doing that
