Can someone tell me what it will do?
Like will it only replace current patch or will they add like a different file to the directory to detect custom patches?
WIll they change the script? like the way its written, will it be encrypted?

The update will delete the patch you are on right now and replace it with a new one. The new one is encrypted and might have checks (checks 'check' if this patch has been modified from the original one ). If this patch does have checks, it might take a couple weeks to decrypt and hack it without getting noticed. This is the END of those CFW noobs and the rise of the original PS3 lobbies.
