What gametype have you been playing? If you want to avoid noob tubers, play a gametype where its difficult to get a nuke. TDM may work. And I'm not getting annoyed, I'm playing search and destroy and I've been starting a noob tube war after the first round cause I spawn tube them.

now that i play on ps3, i see oma tubers every once in a while. usually all the lobbies turn into sniper lobbies.

I'm sure everyone finds getting noob toobed, "annoying." Let me make you a suggestion. Try playing Call of Duty 4. You will love the sniping, and there are a lot less noob tubes.
The only downside is that it's hard to get into a good connection game
