well you would just use mossy's blocker and stay on 1.11. if you sold a lobby to someone they would have to do the same

Mossys blocker disables the use of an mw2 patch, not disable updating(I believe).
This new update will only get rid of Most lobbies, but I'll be hosting the day after, as well a good amount of ppl on NGU.
