Post: ps3 mw2 patch 1.11

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i recently fixed my ps3 which is now on 3.55-jb cfw. However the drive is broken so i can not insert disks. Anyway, i took an edited patch and over wrote the official one, i then did a data transfer to my new ps3 on 3.56 (latest firmware). After waiting for hours it finally finished. I then went on mw2, and went to play splitscreen and the patch was there. However when i went to go online, it said i must download the 1.11 patch... and ik if i do this i will lose the transfered hacked patch... Can anyone help me? thanks a ton

p.s.
does anyone know any way to make the data transfer finish faster? because i honestly dont like waiting 3 hours to see if my patch did or did not transfer.
Thanks to everyone who helps Cool Man (aka Tustin)

Well, you might of had the 1.10 update instead of the 1.11. I recommend you install the new update And re do the process. Btw a faster way to transfer is backing it up on a USB then restoring it on the new ps3. I used this method before

oh thats a great help, and how would i get the new 1.11 file to the old ps3? dl it as a pkg? and about the backing up, that does sound faster considering im only moving one account and a mw2 file to the other ps3 and it takes 3 hours lol
