Well, that depends on the patch + your keyboard commands. So there is no real answer to your question other than that.

Depends on your keyboard layout and/or the patch.

General Controls are

N or 5 to open.
3 and 4 to scroll left and right
N and 5 to scroll up and down
R to close
Space to select.

Try setting your keyboard settings to default then trying those. There probably the most popular controls.
