I got 4 Backups right now updating and when I need a challenge lobby just back up

I thought you cant use other consoles backups? only a backup from your ps3.

No, don't upload a PS3 backup, upload your regional backup for MW2.

How would i get my mw2 backup? and how would i install other backups to my ps3? ps3 proxy?
