There not going to put their own zombies, Because then Treyarch would loose everyone from their game.. And The teddy bears have been in all the call of duty games.. You just have to find them, If anything Infinity Ward will think of their own little mini game.

The makers or whatever said the teddy bear was just there, it has no use in this game(it was in call of duty 4 if you remember) so it could be put in like that, if not we wont see it.
