has everything from v1
i fixed aim assist
added full kick menu
force host
changed some menu colors

note: some people are saying the GTNW doesnt work but all you have to do is select gtnw then end the game.

I highly recommend this patch over others. I seem to get host much more often in this patch than in other patches.
