Be sure to be updated to 1.12.

You WILL require CFW, as its a patch_mp.ff you are using.

10th Prestige Level 70: You must login or register to view this content.
11th Prestige Level 70: You must login or register to view this content.

GUIDE:

Download the patch you want from above.
Rename it to patch_mp.ff and put on your PS3 via your preferred method.
Run MW2.
Go online and let it connect and so on.
When you are in your own party, back out and select Split-Screen
You dont need to load a player or anything. once in split-screen, go back online in your party.
Exit to your XMB.
Delete the MW2 update, and re-update if your not going to load other mods. Otherwise copy that patch_mp.ff on your PS3 and do whatever.

Enjoy your instant prestige. I may create a patch to mod your stats soon as well.
