Basically I gave the patch a look.

Move on from V8 menu. Its soooo over used in every derektrotter fanboy lobby. And this is just a edit so probably shouldnt remove credit...
For the player+ menu look at other people who have made done that. Look how they coded it. And for gamemodes I already linked you to a thread on how to add gamemodes...
