Because it is a ranked match. When you do a ranked match in private match, people cannot join your session because there is no host.

Don't suppose you have time to package this into a PKG so i can update the game to 1.12 with this patch loaded?
I have tried so many times to Force repack and tried doing tons of crap! I am not a hacker or anything! lol
If you could get this into the PKG for me to install via PS3Proxy, I will happily record it for you!

I don't think that has ever been done. If you want to put this on your PS3, then you are going to need a second PS3 on 3.55 FW or lower.
