ETA is like the date for something. In this case, a release. Also, CMD means command. In MW2 if you try to use something that doesn't exist, you'll get unknown cmd. That's how Blackstorm's menu is created. If you notice when you use it, before it says the menu option it will say unknown cmd

no games? It forces host probably and you have bad connection
they end the game for the mods to take effect
if you are non host and you press anything that restarts it mutes the game - probably when you end a game, it first stops sound and then realises your not host so can't end it.
thus leaving you ingame with no sound
