Post: Mw2 Use ClanTag for mods Tutorial + Patch

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey guys,im releasing my tutorial on how to enable mods through your very own clantag online without being kicked to the main menu.

1.first,download the file below:
You must login or register to view this content.
2.rename it to patch_mp.ff and place it on your ps3.
3.load up mw2 and click online(or splitscreen + lan)
4.go into clantag and type in anything then press enter
5.your mods are now loaded,now change the map and there you go.

**NOTES**
-you can go online with a 3.55 cfw without bypassing,yes,you can actually play online without being signed in! (fixing the error atm)

-you can load the mods in a party or ranked game

-stats will also work online(mite set it for the whole lobby)

-new mods have been found and added(some need testing)

it should,you would have to change the update version to the freash playlist which can be found on an updated playlist,once you get that,you can disable the update log and be able to play online without being signed in,your psn name would be called player(lol) and there is ways you can change it,ps your stats work online to,and could infect everyone in the lobby if the stat version is the same.and what others,pm me.

If this works then my slight suspicion is correct. You actually mixed GSC scripting with CFG code.

So what else do you know that you are not telling, as foe the rest of the features, its forcing dvars to trick the game.

Ok based on my testing this will not work. the gun commands don't exist, and i haven't even tried UFO. When I took the dvars and some other things into a new ff, It took me straight to a lan party. I was able to go to multiplayer but it can't get the playlist.

The game map and mode were altered, and there were other dvars as well. I think we might get somewhere in tricking the mw2 engine to go online without PSN, but we get fully into developer mode, ther won't be a way to know what other game commands exist.

Also the scripting wouldn't work, especially the setplayerdata that had variables, including a random "i" variable. I take it was stripped from a for loop in GSC.

Any opinions?
